ProFoldBio was founded to turn cutting-edge protein science into therapies for patients who urgently need them. Our CEO, Erica Keane Rivera, began her drug discovery path early, earning a CIRM internship in the Kosik Lab at UC Santa Barbara at 16, and has followed it through bioengineering training, biopharma R&D, doctoral research and now ProFoldBio.
We combine computational biophysics with wet-lab automation and antibody translation, united by one focus: moving faster from target to validated hit.
