ProFold has a public version of our software where anyone can utilize some of the open-source and proprietary tools we use. We continually develop and release new features to our platform. There is a free tier and other paid plans where you can work on your own drug discovery projects. For our industry partners, we offer an enterprise plan that gives you your own private domain, infrastructure, data storage, and more expansive AI capabilities. Project Management
Create and save your own projects for each of your drug discovery campaigns. All you need to start is a PDB file or the ID of a structure on the Protein Data Bank. You can log out/in anytime to continue your project where you left off. Your projects are private to you and whomever else you give access. You can delete your projects and their contents at any time.
Structure Visualization
Explore your protein structures in 3D. Interact with your structure by moving it around the 3D axis. Zoom in to different sections and change the visualization mode (protein-ligand, surface, spacefill, chain, ball & stick, etc). Highlight regions. Export your structures for your own external storage.
Domain Selection
Mange your domain selections. Select the range of residues you want to use for downstream analysis. Save as many domain selections as you need, name them, and update them as needed.
Candidate Generation
Use AI to predict candidates against your target. Select the models, backbone framework, screening methods, etc to generate candidates. Create and save hit criteria to find the your most promising leads. Explore the candidates, analyze their performance, and visualize their structures.
Data Security
All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. The structures you upload are private to you within your project. You can choose who has access to the projects. If you have an Enterprise plan, your company's data will be processed and stored in an isolated environment, and never accessed by anyone outside your organization. Enterprise partners access the platform via their own, private url and login.
